Shipping Policy

We at Manavika.com deliver the products across India covering most of the pin codes. Most of our products are imported so it usually takes 8-12 days to deliver the products. We request the customers to not to place orders with us who wants the products to be delivered within 2-3 days. We do accept pre-orders and back orders. For instance you have placed an order with us and the product is unavailable, we will inform you within 3 days and refund the whole amount. We provide tracking details for every shipment which you can use to check the delivery status of your product.

Manavika.com makes a maximum of three attempts to deliver your products. If the customer does not accept the products within three attempts we reserve the right to cancel the order. Customers can find the estimated delivery time on the product page. Once you place an order with us you will receive an email containing the product details and estimated delivery time to your location.

The below mentioned reasons can be the reasons for delay in delivery

  • Public Holidays
  • Flight Delays
  • Bad Weather
  • Political Disruptions
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

In such circumstances we will definitely communicate with you. We request you to regularly the check the registered email and SMS alerts. Customer can cancel the order at any time even if the delivery time exceeds the expected delivery time. If it is a prepaid order, the customer will be refunded back in the account as soon as the order is successfully cancelled.
